Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

IMPORTANT! Be sure to bring trainers and any kind of comfortable workout gear. You are also going to sweat, so bring a towel and a water bottle as well.
